Replacement of the lifts at the Bordeaux rectorate, Carayon Latour site

Summary

The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regional Education Authority is procuring the replacement of two duplex-operated lifts at the Bordeaux rectorate’s Carayon Latour site, an eight-storey office building. The works include surveys and studies, removal of the existing equipment, supply and installation of the new lifts, associated building and metalwork, alarm connections, safety measures and checks of the electrical supply. The contract is not divided into lots; an optional service covers replacement of the landing doors. The works are scheduled for 19 weeks, excluding a three-week preparation period, or 23 weeks if the option is taken.
