The works concern the demolition and reconstruction of the Saint-Louis underground car park and the redevelopment of public spaces at Place Saint-Louis and adjacent streets in Brest. This procedure covers six of the project’s 13 technical lots: waterproofing; external joinery, metalwork and garage doors; tiling; partitions, linings, suspended ceilings and internal joinery; electrical works; and sprinkler systems.
