Summary

The European Metropolis of Lille is procuring digital development, information and user-support services for dataMEL, its open-source metropolitan data platform, through a four-year multi-supplier framework agreement. Lot 1 covers development of the platform’s core components, with a maximum value of €600,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2 covers development and user support for data valorisation and editorialisation modules, with a maximum value of €350,000 excluding VAT. There is no minimum order value.
