Framework agreement for the supply of steel and aluminium products

Summary

SIDEN-SIAN and its Noréade entities are procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for successive contracts to supply steel and aluminium products, including sheets, bars, tubes, profiles and machined or semi-finished items, with associated preparation and delivery. Stainless steel is excluded. The agreement runs for an initial year and may be renewed seven times for one year each; the maximum value is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT, with an indicative, non-binding annual spend of EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. Orders will be placed as needs arise, with deliveries to the locations specified in the contract documents or order forms.
