Professional English-language training

Summary

The Seine-Maritime Department is procuring a single-provider framework agreement for the design, delivery and follow-up of professional English training programmes for its staff. Courses must cover all CEFR levels from A1 to C2 and be tailored to staff members’ professional needs and roles. The agreement has no minimum order value and a maximum annual value of EUR 25,000 excluding VAT; it runs for one year and may be renewed three times, for a maximum total duration of four years. Training will mainly take place at the provider’s premises in or near Rouen and Le Havre, with some sessions potentially held at the Department’s premises or remotely.
