Coach transport for school groups visiting waste treatment and recovery facilities

Summary

Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine is procuring coach transport for school groups and, exceptionally, other eligible children’s groups travelling to educational visits at the AZALYS energy recovery centre in Carrières-sous-Poissy and the VALOPÔLE Matières materials recovery centre in Triel-sur-Seine. The service covers return journeys, vehicles and drivers, waiting during visits, and operational coordination; the visits themselves are organized under a separate contract. The framework agreement is divided into four geographic lots covering 29, 29, 19 and 18 municipalities respectively, with vehicle capacity categories of up to 30, 31–50 and more than 50 seats and morning or afternoon journeys. It runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 August 2030, with no guaranteed minimum volume.
