Study of the dual vulnerability of children and young people in child welfare and with disabilities

Summary

The Haute-Savoie Department is commissioning a study on the dual vulnerability of children and young people who are both covered by child welfare services and living with disabilities. The nine-month study will examine the relevant population, identify obstacles and propose improvements, and recommend a method for managing the data.
