Maintenance of green spaces at communal wastewater facilities 2026–2029

Summary

The Val d’Ille-Aubigné intermunicipal authority is procuring a single-provider framework agreement for maintaining green spaces at communal wastewater-treatment facilities and pumping stations. The work covers lawns, verges, ditches, planted beds and hedges, lagoons and their surroundings, paths and access areas, including manual and mechanical brush cutting. The sites are in 12 municipalities, with sites in Montreuil-sur-Ille to be added in 2028; the agreement has a one-year initial term, renewable twice, with a maximum value of €60,000 excluding VAT per year and €180,000 excluding VAT overall. The procurement is not divided into lots.
