Identification, refurbishment and distribution of bicycles and bicycle safety packs

Summary

The Department of Haute-Savoie is procuring a 36-month service to identify bicycles at reuse centres, have them refurbished by work-integration organisations, and distribute them to target groups in the department. The service is expected to refurbish and allocate 240–360 bicycles in total, averaging 80–120 per year. An optional bicycle safety pack must include at least an approved helmet, a reflective vest and a bicycle lock.
