Watertight over-roof for the Conservation and Study Centre

Summary

The City of Saintes is procuring works to install a watertight over-roof on the Conservation and Study Centre in a former Lidl building. The works cover approximately 1,250 m² of existing steel roof deck and include removal of existing roof components, thermal insulation, a PVC waterproofing membrane, rooflight replacement, rainwater drainage and safety equipment. The scope also includes a mandatory option to use a white, 1.5 mm membrane instead of the light-grey base membrane.
