Extension and energy renovation of the Cottencière school complex

Summary

The City of Saint-Étienne is procuring extension and energy renovation works for the Cottencière school complex at 13–15 Rue de l'Université in Saint-Étienne. The contract is divided into 14 lots covering asbestos removal and demolition, site infrastructure and utilities, masonry, timber framing, roofing and waterproofing, façade treatment, external and internal joinery, plastering and painting, suspended ceilings, flooring, tiling, plumbing and sanitary works, and electrical works. The overall works are expected to take approximately eight months, through 27 August 2027.
