Client-side advisory services for the use, programming and activation of the Charpin block in Grenoble

The City of Grenoble is procuring 12 months of client-side advisory services under a framework agreement for the use, programming and activation of the Charpin block at the Cité de l'Abbaye. The work includes establishing an architectural and urban advisory presence, engaging the existing occupant community and examining ways to create affordable housing based on local needs, expertise and resources.
