Acquisition of electronic signature certificates for the European Collectivity of Alsace

Summary

The European Collectivity of Alsace is procuring electronic signature and server certificates, together with USB media and related services, under a single-supplier framework agreement. The agreement also covers key authentication, unlocking, replacement and revocation, as well as online order tracking. It will run initially for 12 months and may be renewed three times for one year each; the minimum value is EUR 2,000 and the maximum value is EUR 29,000 excluding VAT per period, with a maximum total value of EUR 116,000 excluding VAT over four years. The procurement is not divided into lots.
