Purchase and delivery of envelopes

Summary

CNFPT is procuring envelopes, with or without printing, for delivery in mainland France, excluding Corsica and the overseas departments. This is a single-supplier framework agreement under which orders will be placed; there is no minimum quantity or value, and the annual maximum is EUR 18,000. The initial term is 12 months from 1 January 2027, with up to three renewals and a maximum overall term of 48 months; the estimated total value is EUR 72,000 excluding VAT.
