Summary

The University of Rouen Normandy is procuring professional consultancy services to prepare and support roof refurbishment and related works at ten INSPE buildings. The contract is divided into three lots: design services, construction technical control, and health and safety coordination. The planned works include improving and renewing roof waterproofing, providing safe roof access and, where required, installing collective protective barriers; works are planned in three phases from 2027 to 2029.
