Maintenance and cleaning of ventilation systems in Toulouse buildings, 2027–2030

Summary

The City of Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole are procuring maintenance and cleaning of ventilation and air-extraction systems in their buildings. The work covers systems in sensitive buildings and extraction systems in food-service areas and other sites, as well as disinfection and cleaning of air ducts, air handling units and mechanical ventilation systems, and the installation of access hatches. The single-lot framework agreement will be performed through call-off orders at unit prices, for an initial two-year period from 2027 with one possible two-year renewal; its estimated value is €800,000, including the renewal period.
