Improvements to the automatic fire protection system at the Atrion waste sorting centre

Summary

Calitom is procuring works to improve the automatic fire protection system at the Atrion waste sorting centre in Mornac. The works include installing a water reservoir and additional containment, adapting a source room, and fitting deluge and sprinkler systems, water curtains and protection for hazardous equipment. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers deluge protection and sprinklers in the process and downstream storage areas; Lot 2 covers a Fire Rover-type water cannon or equivalent to protect the upstream area. The works are scheduled to last 8 months.
