Graphic production, layout and accessibility of PDF documents

Summary

The French National Cancer Institute is procuring, as a single lot, graphic production and layout, proofreading and correction, PDF creation, and accessibility services for written PDF communication materials intended for people with disabilities. The framework agreement will be performed through orders and has a maximum total value of EUR 215,000 excluding VAT over its full term, including any extensions. Estimated annual volumes include 200 units of simple editorial preparation, layout work in various formats, graphic elements and PDF files, and two recommendation reports for complex projects.
