Creation of the central unit of the Eastern regional armed forces medical centre at Building 0049, Legouest Military Hospital, Metz

Summary

The French Ministry of the Armed Forces’ North-East Defence Infrastructure Service is procuring works to establish the central unit of the Eastern regional armed forces medical centre in Building 0049 at Legouest Military Hospital in Metz. Hospital rooms and ancillary spaces will be converted into offices and other workplace accommodation for 44 people. The works are divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers comprehensive interior works, including demolition, masonry, partitions, flooring, finishes, plumbing and heating and ventilation; Lot 2 covers electrical, low-voltage and fire-protection systems. The overall contract period is six months, including two months for preparation and four months for construction.
