Study and pilot project on mobilising vacant buildings

Summary

The Community of Communes of Hautes Vosges is commissioning a study and pilot project on mobilising vacant buildings across its territory. The work lasts 12 months and comprises a diagnosis and survey (4 months), financial modelling for two case studies (5 months), and proposals for measures and tools to support local policy to reduce vacancy (3 months). The contract also includes two optional phases for financial modelling of a third and a fourth case study.
