Request for Tenders: Energy Audits, Renovation Passports and Energy Certificates

Summary

The City of Hämeenlinna is procuring energy audits, renovation passports and energy certificates for properties under its facilities management, through a framework agreement with no lots. The work covers approximately 140 buildings with a combined floor area of about 230,000 m², mainly schools and day-care centres. The estimated value is approximately EUR 90,000 excluding VAT.
