Building moisture and indoor air investigations, sampling and repair method proposals, 1 March 2027–29 February 2028

Summary

The City of Turku is procuring building moisture and indoor air investigations, sampling, and repair method proposals for its various service areas. The procurement is divided into three lots covering those services, with orders placed as needs arise during the contract period from 1 March 2027 to 29 February 2028. The contracts may be extended under two one-year options, covering 1 March 2028–28 February 2029 and 1 March 2029–28 February 2030. Lot 1 will have a framework agreement with three suppliers; Lots 2 and 3 will each have a framework agreement with one primary supplier and two reserve suppliers.
