Procurement of basic ICT services for Kiertokapula Oy

Summary

Kiertokapula Oy is procuring an integrated package of basic ICT services, without dividing the procurement into lots. The services cover user support and identity and access management; workstation lifecycle services and device procurement; server, capacity and network infrastructure operations; cloud services, including M365 and Entra ID; communications and cybersecurity services; specialist consulting; and service management. The contract has a fixed term of three years, after which it continues indefinitely. Operations and capacity services are to be implemented by 31 December 2027, and communications services by 31 March 2028.
