Summary

The City of Porvoo is conducting a market consultation to prepare a future procurement of a public-administration case management system and electronic archive. The planned cloud-based SaaS solution is intended to support case registration, end-to-end case processing, decision-making and electronic archiving, and may combine modules from different software providers around a main SaaS product.
