Jokilaaksojen koulutuskuntayhtymä is conducting a market survey to prepare for the planned procurement of equipment and furnishings for a new professional kitchen at a building in Kalajoki. The preliminary scope includes cold rooms and a freezer room, other refrigeration equipment, cooking and combination-oven equipment, dishwashing equipment, food distribution and serving equipment, stainless-steel furnishings and other professional kitchen equipment. Delivery, installation, commissioning, user training and equipment warranties are also envisaged; delivery and installation are tentatively planned for late February 2027, with commissioning in week 9 of 2027.
