Summary
Elvera Oy is procuring vehicle service fittings and equipment, together with related lifecycle services, under a framework agreement with one supplier. The agreement has an initial fixed term of one year and may then continue indefinitely at the buyer’s discretion, but ends no later than eight years after it takes effect or when 600 vehicles have been fitted out, whichever occurs first.
