Framework agreement for land-use planning consultancy services, 1 April 2027–31 March 2029, with a two-year option

Summary

The City of Turku is establishing a framework agreement for land-use planning and related design and consultancy services, with a target term of 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2029 and an option to extend for two years. The 13 lots cover urban planning and zoning; reference plans and visualisation; built heritage, noise, vibration, air quality, stormwater and nature surveys; transport planning and studies; low-carbon construction and circular economy; interaction and communications; and planning economics. The estimated value is approximately EUR 3 million excluding VAT, and the framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 4 million excluding VAT; the buyer does not commit to a specific volume.
