Facade renovation of Keminmaa Parish’s New Church

Summary

Keminmaa Parish is procuring exterior renovation and painting works for the New Church in Keminmaa. The works cover the façades and foundations, bell tower exterior woodwork, windows and doors, metalwork, sheet-metal details and roofs, gate pillars, and cleaning of stainless-steel parts. The contract includes 100 m² of three-coat plaster renewal; final quantities will be adjusted to the measured work using unit prices. Tarring the shingle roof is excluded.
