Sea-ice observations and inference of sea-ice properties
Summary
The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency and the Swedish Maritime Administration are procuring studies of sensor technologies and data-processing and analysis methods for observing sea ice and inferring its properties. The studies will address information on ice types, formations and movement, for use in the final report produced for WINMOS III.
