Procurement of housing services for people with disabilities 7304/2024 – 2026 reopening

Summary

Pirkanmaa Wellbeing Services County is reopening the procurement of housing services for people with intellectual disabilities and people with severe disabilities. The reopening covers Lot 2, community-based housing, including night-time care, and Lot 3, 24-hour supported housing in service classes 1–4; providers may also offer housing coaching in either lot. The estimated annual value of the procurement as a whole is approximately EUR 55 million excluding VAT. Contracts awarded in this reopening begin on 1 February 2027 and continue indefinitely.
