Summary

VR-Yhtymä Oyj is establishing a framework agreement for legal advisory services for itself and its group companies. The framework has two lots: broad corporate legal services across a wide range of legal fields, and more narrowly scoped services for individual assignments, particularly in contract, IT and technology, employment, data protection, intellectual property and dispute resolution law. The initial term is three years, with two possible two-year extensions; the combined maximum value for both lots, including options, is EUR 14 million. There is no minimum purchase commitment.
