Procurement of construction project consultancy services

Summary

The Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county is procuring construction project consultancy services, including project management, construction consultancy and site supervision for new-build and renovation projects. The work also covers supervision of building, civil engineering, HVAC and electrical works, safety coordination, and moisture and cleanliness management. The procurement is divided into four geographic lots: Espoo and Kauniainen; Lohja, Vihti and Karkkila; Inkoo, Siuntio and Kirkkonummi; and Hanko and Raasepori. Four suppliers will be selected for each lot. The estimated total value is €500,000 excluding VAT.
