Summary

Business Oulu is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for labour-market training that responds to changing skills needs in the Oulu employment area. The training is intended to develop jobseekers’ skills, improve their employment prospects and address local businesses’ skills and recruitment needs. Specific contracts will be awarded through internal competitions; no purchase volumes are guaranteed, and the system is planned to run until 31 December 2036.
