Business impact assessment – asphalt paving works

Summary

The City of Turku is conducting market research for planned asphalt paving and repair works for the City of Turku, Turku Port Ltd, Kaarea Ltd, TVT Asunnot Ltd and Kuntec Ltd. The planned work is divided into three lots: paving areas over 750 m², patching areas of 100–750 m² and patching areas under 100 m². The planned contract period is 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2030, with an optional extension to 30 April 2032, and an estimated value of approximately EUR 18 million.
