HSY, the Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority, is procuring the renovation of the approximately 240 m² office and laboratory building at the Ämmässuo asphalt plant for 2026–2027. The completed works include building, HVAC, automation and electrical work, as well as installation of a new ventilation unit. The contract does not include work on the plant’s warehouse or yard areas.
