Demolition of properties owned by Pihtipudas Rental Housing Ltd

Summary

Kiinteistö Oy Pihtiputaan Vuokra-Asunnot is procuring the demolition of ten single-storey terraced-house buildings in Pihtipudas: eight in the Kallioniityntie area and two in Elämäjärvi, with a combined floor area of approximately 3,187 m². The works also cover associated storage buildings, waste shelters, foundations, site surfaces and vegetation, as well as sorting and transporting demolition waste. Certain buildings and waste shelters identified in the demolition specification are to remain in place.
