Kauppi University Social and Health Centre

Summary

Pirkanmaa Wellbeing Services County is procuring construction of a new, approximately 15,000 gross m² C building for the Kauppi social and health centre on the Tampere University Hospital campus. The building will accommodate healthcare, mental health and substance abuse services, social work, rehabilitation, dental care, maternity and child health services, and related services. This contract covers the building works, with the contractor also acting as main contractor and principal contractor; separate procurements will cover plumbing, ventilation, fire suppression and electrical works.
