Procurement of the Municipality of Taivassalo’s Basic ICT Services

Summary

The Municipality of Taivassalo is procuring an ICT services package covering service management and ongoing development, administration of Microsoft 365/O365 and three local Windows servers, cloud backups including Entra ID, workstation management, mobile device management, remote user support and on-demand on-site support. The environment includes approximately 60 workstations, 50 phones, 40 iPads, 6 multifunction printers and 9 network printers; server capacity services and network services will continue to be provided by Vakka-Suomen Puhelin Oy. The contract is for four years, with an optional two-year extension.
