Building design services

Summary

Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO is procuring design services for existing buildings under a framework agreement, with the option to commission design for new buildings as well. The procurement is divided into nine lots: structural design; principal designer and architectural design; building services (HVAC) design; electrical design; landscape design; and principal/architectural, structural, electrical and HVAC design for small-house construction sites carried out by students. The framework runs for two years, with options for two additional one-year periods, and has an estimated and maximum total value of €2,000,000 excluding VAT. There is no minimum purchase commitment; zoning and other land-use planning services are excluded.
