Building condition surveys

Summary

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) is procuring building condition surveys and assessments for its rental housing, commercial premises and approximately 50 special-housing properties. The procurement is divided into 12 lots covering general condition assessments, drainage, residential buildings, hazardous materials, wet rooms, heating and water systems, ventilation, radon, ducts and flues, electrical and data systems, thermal imaging, and airtightness testing. The work will inform renovation planning, with supplementary investigations available when needed. A framework agreement will run for two years, with two possible one-year options; up to three consultants will be selected for each lot.
