Market consultation: suction and combination truck services for sewer maintenance and process cleaning, 2027–2028 (options for 2029 and 2030)

Alva-yhtiöt Oy and the City of Jyväskylä are conducting a market consultation for a planned multi-supplier framework agreement, provisionally covering 2027–2028 with options for 2029 and 2030. The planned agreement has two lots: suction and combination truck services for maintaining wells, pumping stations, pipelines and sewers; and process washing and industrial cleaning services for Alva-yhtiöt Oy. The estimated total value, including the options, is EUR 2.5 million: EUR 2 million for Alva-yhtiöt Oy and EUR 500,000 for the City of Jyväskylä.
