Summary

The City of Jyväskylä is procuring a comprehensive package of basic IT services from one supplier. The scope covers user support; workstation and mobile-device lifecycle services, including workstation procurement; server operations; public-cloud services; cybersecurity; identity and access management; specialist and consulting services; and service management. The service package is preliminary and will be refined during competitive dialogue.
