Procurement of Event Technology Services

Summary

The City of Tampere is procuring event technology services and equipment rental under a framework agreement in four parts: full technical production for large events with over 1,000 attendees; full technical production for smaller events with fewer than 1,000 attendees; rental of event equipment; and immersive lighting in urban spaces. Large events are estimated at 3–5 per year, typically attracting 4,000–10,000 people; around 10 smaller events and 1–3 immersive lighting projects are expected annually, while equipment rental needs vary. These figures are estimates only, and orders will be placed as needed without a minimum purchase commitment.
