Business impact assessment – building moisture and indoor-air investigations, sampling and repair method proposals

Summary

The City of Turku is conducting a market consultation ahead of a planned procurement covering three areas: building moisture and indoor-air investigations, sampling, and proposals for repair methods. The planned framework agreements would cover three suppliers for area 1, with orders allocated in a 50/30/20 split, and one main supplier plus two substitutes for each of areas 2 and 3. The planned contract period is 1 March 2027 to 29 February 2028, with two one-year options; the estimated value is approximately €400,000 per year and €1.2 million for the full period including options, excluding VAT.
