Case and document management solution for the Municipality of Keitele

Summary

Sansia Oy is procuring a ready-made, production-ready case and document management system for the Municipality of Keitele, delivered as a SaaS service and meeting applicable Finnish public-sector information-management and archival requirements. The complete solution includes mandatory options for electronic meetings, contract management, electronic signatures, a long-term electronic archive and separately ordered integrations. Implementation is preliminarily scheduled to begin on 1 January 2027, and the contract is for an indefinite term.
