Framework agreement for Workspace ONE licences, maintenance and consulting

Dataport AöR is procuring, in one lot, a framework agreement for OMNISSA Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE in the BYOI variant. The scope includes new and renewed device licences, monthly maintenance and incident handling, and consulting in Technical Engineering and security advisory services. The initial term covers 2027–2028, with two possible extension years through 2030; the planned initial licence call-off is 66,000 licences, alongside estimated ongoing licence demand and consulting hours.
