Procurement of doping sample transport services

Summary

Suomen urheilun eettinen keskus SUEK ry is preparing to procure transport services for urine and blood doping samples to laboratories. The planned procurement may comprise two lots: standard transport and special transport involving arrangements such as unusual collection times or locations or critical delivery schedules. SUEK estimates that over 90% of shipments will go to a laboratory in Helsinki, with the remainder delivered elsewhere in Europe. The planned contracts would be open-ended and begin in spring 2027.
