Framework Agreement for Cleaning and Maintenance Services

Summary

Tampere University of Applied Sciences Oy is procuring cleaning and maintenance services for the campuses of the Tampere higher education community under a framework agreement. The services include cleaning, the organisation and quality control of cleaning, and the development of campus maintenance. The four-year framework agreement has an estimated maximum value of EUR 8.5 million excluding VAT and will include up to five providers; individual orders will be placed through mini-competitions under the framework agreement.
