Summary
Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy is procuring electrical works to renew lighting in the shared indoor areas and outdoor grounds of apartment and terraced-house properties, covering 25 and 28 properties as specified in the procurement. The works include replacing specified lights with LED fittings, installing new fittings, renewing or adding wiring where needed, cleaning covers on fittings that are not replaced, and replacing light sources in pole-mounted lights.
