Relocatable service facility for implementing the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum at the Joutseno Reception Centre

Summary

The Finnish Immigration Service is conducting a market consultation for a relocatable modular service facility at the Joutseno Reception Centre, to support implementation of the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum. The contemplated turnkey solution includes design, necessary surveys, installation, permitting, foundation works and annual maintenance of technical systems; it is intended to serve interviews, application submission and legal counselling for at least ten years. The facility must fit sensitively into the site’s nationally significant built cultural environment. Design provisions for security systems are required, and security-system design, equipment and implementation may be procured separately as an option.
